Terms & Conditions


Shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you carry out your purchase. For orders that are $125 or more will have no shipping fee added however for orders under $125 shipping will be $10. Australian wide and internaorders will be shipped within 2-3 business days.  Free deliveries are available to customers located in Emerald, Queensland 4720, and will be dropped off within 1-2 business days.


We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at OutlivedVintage@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns costs will be at your own expense unless we have agreed otherwise. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always email us any questions at OutlivedVintage@gmail.com.

Damages / non-returnable items

We understand our products are not brand new and have all had previous owners, so please take into consideration that there may be signs of stretching, pin holes or any general wear caused by age. We thoroughly inspect all items as they arrive and leave us. Any products with wear and tear will be listed as ‘grade B’ and have all defects listed in the product description box. If you are wishing to return an item due to any damage, please double check you have not purchased one of our grade B products. We will not accept your return if the damage on your product matches the damage listed in the product description box. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
